These bricolage, feature exterior slices of tar covered Kauri cobbles extracted from Karangahape Road. They have been housed in purposely aged mirror and antique frames. This artistic artefact challenges people to reflect on past and present use and abuse of this endangered medium and the whole providence of this golden treasure.
